Occupancy limits are strictly enforced. Any guest or group found to be having a party will be required to leave immediately without a refund for any remaining night(s), and will incur a $500 fine. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 9 AM. Any noise complaint will result in a $500 fine. No indoor smoking is permitted, but outdoor smoking at least 10 feet from the building is permitted, provided all windows and doors to the unit remain closed while smoking outdoors. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a $500 fine. One parking spot per reservation is available in the driveway for standard-size personal vehicles only. No trailers, boats, vessels, recreational vehicles (including RV’s, campers, mobile homes, 4 wheelers, etc.), buses, box trucks, oversize, or commercial vehicles are allowed, and violation will incur a $500 fine. Guests must send a photo of a valid ID that matches the name on the reservation via message before receiving check-in instructions.
