No parties, events, or gatherings are allowed, and any guest found to be having a party will be required to leave immediately without a refund, and will be charged a $500 fine. Quiet hours are from 10 PM- 9 AM, and any noise complaint will result in a $500 fine. No indoor smoking is allowed, and outdoor smoking at least 10 feet from the building is permitted, and all windows/doors to the unit must remain closed while smoking outdoors; the fine for violation is $500. Do not adjust any mounted TVs. To help ensure the safety of our guests, the property is monitored with exterior cameras that capture and record audio and video. No unplugging, moving, or any alteration of the security cameras or any of its cords, base station, or any other parts/apparatus is permitted, and the fine for violation is $1000. Any guest who would like to have packages delivered at all must first obtain permission. No packages may be delivered to the property outside of the guest’s booked and paid reservation dates.
