Victoria Park is a quiet residential neighborhood with a unique blend of luxury modern mansions and historic properties, centrally located to everything Fort Lauderdale offers. A Walgreens Pharmacy and Publix Grocery Store are across the street at the intersection of NE 15th Ave and Sunrise Blvd. A park is a few blocks away, and Las Olas and the beach are about 5 minutes away.
Check-in time is 4pm, and check-out time is 11am. Fort Lauderdale city ordinance quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. No unauthorized guests are permitted after 12am.
