Harbour at New River

Great location. A bit inconvenient since we’re forced to park in the garage across the street. Upon moving in, we were locked out of our apartment on our 2nd day (after moving in) because of dead batteries in our fob or in the door handle. This occurred around 9 or 10pm and we had our dogs with us which meant we were going to have to stay up later than planned-waiting on maintenance-and we had to be up early the next morning for work. This was a very upsetting initial experience. But, we are… figuring out our new routine-keeping 2 fobs on hand at all times and not fully closing our apartment door, and adding an additional 5-10 min to our commute to allow time to walk to the car across the street. From the first moment I walked in for my building tour and was greeted with such genuine kindness. I I knew I had to call Regatta at New River home. The entire team here makes every single day feel like I made the best choice . How can a building with 21 floors make itself seem like a neighborhood? Well they've done it, staff and residents alike have been welcoming and kind. The staff is empowered to make interaction with residents, guests and even the delivery people the best that they can.… It's done with such ease and in ways that make you feel seen and respected as you are. There are lots of big things that they have done to make my transiton here easier, but I mean the little things - daily greetings, little tips and tricks, remembering details I mentioned once, and treating my guests just as well! It seems that they are not just doing a job but are creating a space that is compassionate, fun and welcoming. I am so glad to call Regatta home and can't imagine living anywhere else. Read More

We just moved into the regatta on July 20th, 2026. The move in was very smooth. Francis from the leasing office attended to every need and concern that I had. She even follow up with me after the move to make sure I didn't need anything. We requested our shower head be switched out and maintenance was there that day to replace it. I regularly see the cleaning crew and maintenace crew on the property to maintain cleanliness and appearance of the property. The apartment also seems very well… insulated. We have a corner unit but we have heard very little noise from the apartments above and below us. My only complaint and the reason I gave it 4/5 stars is because the parking is a pain. There is no availablity in the garage currently so I have to rent a spot in a parking garage across the street which stinks. Besides that, I have been very happy with this complex so far. Read More

My experience at Harbour at New River has been pleasant since day one. Natalya was wonderful to work with during my recent lease renewal and transfer to another unit. She was accessible, professional, patient, and genuinely committed to making sure everything felt seamless and stress-free—thank you, Natalya!!
