Nice building overall. Maintenance requests fixed quickly. Gym is well maintained. Would be nice to let guests up the elevator without having to physically go get them. Guest parking spots are very limited and the new guest parking passes are limited to 3 per month, so difficult to have friends and family visit.

Love living here. Such a great community and wonderful amenities. Gym has great, new equipment and workout classes.
Community areas are well kept. Pool is beautiful. I feel safe knowing that the building requires a key fob.

Moved in first week of September welcomed by Dariel, who has been amazing!! Juan and his crew are top notch when it comes to repairs and requests. Community events are such fun and Louise offers a great yoga class every other Tuesday. Highly recommend ORA to anyone looking for a wonderful community experience. Feels like I’ve been here for much longer than 3 1/2 months!!

I feel very safe here with the front office and garage entry. The community is very cool, there’s no loud noise or disturbances. I really enjoy the gym and pool as well - they are great amenities and always kept very clean!
