TGM Harbor Beach

This place seems nice when you first move in, but after three years they tried to nearly double our rent, which made it feel like they were trying to force us out. I can’t say for certain why, but as a Black family, the way we were treated left me feeling that race may have played a role.

After moving, we found several other apartment communities around Flagler Village offering larger, more modern three-bedroom apartments for about the same price they wanted to charge for their two-bedroom... units.

We returned our apartment in great condition after three years, yet we were still charged for repairs and what we believe was an excessive final utilities bill. On top of that, getting our security deposit returned has been an unnecessarily difficult and a still ongoing process.

I love the way the staff cares about their residents , nice and clean place to live , both outside and inside are so nice

Happy to oblige! Living here has been a dream! The property is well kept! And it is managed so well. Angel has been here as long as I have been, 7 years! She rolls with the punches and always gets the job done I am a pretty needy tenant, hahaha! But she always responds and takes care of the building. The new gym is great! The views are amazing. The neighbors aew so nice. I love it here! Nothing is perfect, but truly this place is a 9/10!!!

While the community itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and offers great amenities with plenty of parking, what truly stood out to me was the exceptional service provided by Community Manager Angel Millsap and her team.

From the very beginning, Angel took the time to listen to my concerns and understand my situation. She never made me feel rushed... or like I was just another application. Instead, she patiently guided me through the process, answered my questions, and reassured me every step of the way. It’s rare to find someone who combines efficiency with such a personal touch, but Angel does exactly that. Her staff reflects that same commitment to excellent customer service, creating a welcoming and supportive environment from day one.
