Great Property, Great manager - Angel Millsap

So Angel asked me to do this review and I’m
Happy to oblige! Living here has been a dream! The property is well kept! And it is managed so well. Angel has been here as long as I have been, 7 years! She rolls with the punches and always gets the job done I am a pretty needy tenant, hahaha! But she always responds and takes care of the building. The new gym is great! The views are amazing. The neighbors aew so nice. I love it here! Nothing is perfect, but truly this place is a 9/10!!!

What an Angel

Moving is one of the most stressful experiences, and when I was preparing for my move to TGM Harbor Beach, I had plenty of concerns and questions. While the community itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and offers great amenities with plenty of parking, what truly stood out to me was the exceptional service provided by Community Manager Angel Millsap and her team.

From the very beginning, Angel took the time to listen to my concerns and understand my situation. She never made me feel rushed... or like I was just another application. Instead, she patiently guided me through the process, answered my questions, and reassured me every step of the way. Her professionalism, responsiveness, and genuine care made a stressful transition feel much more manageable.

It’s rare to find someone who combines efficiency with such a personal touch, but Angel does exactly that. Her staff reflects that same commitment to excellent customer service, creating a welcoming and supportive environment from day one.

If you’re considering TGM Harbor Beach, know that you’re not only getting a beautiful community, but also a management team that truly cares about its residents. Thank you, Angel and team, for making my move such a positive experience.

Amazing place to live and managed by a great team of professionals!

Tgm Beach is an amazing community filled with great amenities, beautiful sunsets and even better management that makes your life worth living!!
Every step of the way management made our life much easier and went above and beyond especially Angel and Ed!
I just wanted to leave it in the review so other potential tenants know what an amazing place is to live and if you are looking for a fun filled atmosphere that is well with a professional front office and beautiful living environment than Tgm... Beach is the great place for you

We are very happy we made the decision and we would do it all again. Tgm Beach has been nothing but a great chapter in our lives
