Beautiful Property, Bad Leasing Application Experience
When you have a property that is nice and in demand, I suppose it's easy to forget customer service and the little details that really set you apart from other communities.
That was the overwhelming feeling that I had as I went through the application process, which turned out to be the worst that I've ever experienced. During the process:
-My contact information was lost twice.
-It took 2 days for an application to be emailed after I requested to apply because they lost my contact information... and were waiting for me to call back.
-I had to follow up on unit inquires myself after several promised but missed phone calls from the leasing agent.
-I felt pressured to come in with application fees for a unit that I hadn't yet seen, which I found to be a different floor plan than what was described.
-I was given a take or leave it attitude because I raised concerns about the differences.
-I had my application cancelled because I asked too many questions to clarify the floor plan and unit I was attempting to lease.
This is a very condensed version of how bad the experience actually was and I'm very disappointed to say the least, but I hope I can spare someone else a similar experience and as waste of time.
