Love Living Here

I’ve lived in three different apartment buildings all in the same ZIP Code as the Whitney, and I I’m so happy that I made the decision to move here..
The pool Jacuzzi and dog park are a few of my favorite amenities. Especially if you have a dog, this is definitely the place for you.
Odessa and the entire leasing team have been so welcoming and helpful. I can’t recommend this building enough!

Great property and community!

Fun community and a great management team! Amenities are lovely and the maintenance staff is attentive and quick. Definitely recommend this community, especially to meet new people.

Great location

Overall this is a great place to live. The location is amazing and they just keep adding to it. Very clean and the gym is fully equipped. The recent rent increase for current residents should be illegal. A few small hiccups but overall it is a great place.

Absolutely Beautiful Building in Ideal Location

The Whitney is BEAUTIFUL! We moved in over a month ago and couldn't be happier! The apartments are well laid out, appliances are great and the bathrooms and closets are huge! You can't beat the location or the amenities! The building has a lot of safety and security features, which is really important to me! Everyone we have met have been so friendly so it's great if you're moving from out of state like we did! There's events twice a month so you can get plugged into the community easily!

Best Building in Downtown Ft. Lauderdale!

I moved in about 2 weeks ago and I love it! Carlos is amazing and has been super helpful throughout the whole process. The staff is top notch and they keep the place looking spectacular at all times. The amenities make you feel like you're staying at a 5 star hotel and the building is very tech forward. My apartment is exactly what I was looking for; very spacious and tons of storage space.
