It really is a great place to live. Safe building and friendly and responsive staff. They also have fun activities for residents. The only problem I have is with the garage. The gate for the floors above second floor has had problems a few times with opening/closing. It was promptly fixed, which we appreciate. Also I think regulating the speed limit in the garage is important as cars drive fast, which has been quite dangerous. Other than that, I have really enjoyed living here.

The leasing office is very friendly and super helpful. The maintenance workers are fast and responsive. Occupants of the building are friendly and do their part to maintain the building clean.

Move in process could not be easier. The team here has been beyond helpful with everything. Super responsive and very friendly staff. The parking lot that goes up to each floor is super convenient as well!
