I'd like to point out two Smart 40 LED Internet TVs, leather furniture and hardwood flooring in the living room, king size bed in the master bedroom with individual coil and pillow top extra comfy mattress, a new second bedroom, and a beautiful balcony partial lakes view.

The condo is located in beautiful and perfectly maintained Gardens at Beachwalk community, the intersection of San Carlos Blvd. and Gladiolus Dr. The condo is conveniently located across the street from all necessary shops (pharmacies, supermarkets ) and restaurants...

The Gardens at Beachwalk is an exceptional Mediterranean-style resort with tropical gardens and beautiful lakes surrounding a superb clubhouse with a heated saltwater swimming pool. The grounds of this resort are phenomenally and daily maintained so just walking around fills you up with a nice relaxing feeling.

The full-size washer and dryer are situated in the utility room inside the condo.
