Terrible management experience. I briefly parked in the roundabout—no more than 5–10 minutes—while I went upstairs to get my dog, and my car was towed almost immediately. As a resident, this felt extremely excessive and unfair.
I reached out to management, but Connor was unhelpful and made no effort to resolve the situation or offer any support.
Beyond that, ongoing building issues continue to be ignored. For example, the lights in the stairwells have been out, and I’ve had to request repairs... multiple times with no follow-through. Basic safety concerns like proper lighting should not require repeated requests from residents.
Overall, management has been unresponsive and dismissive. This experience has been very disappointing.

Loving life at Greens Edge
What a fantastic community! The onsite maintenance team could not be better, what an amazing & attentive crew. Having a garage included is a rarity. The heated pool is a huge plus. Who could forget the huge dog park & paw spa? Spacious units easily make you feel at home.

Greens Edge is amazing!!!
My hubby and I have lived in Greens Edge for several years. The complex is fantastic. The apartments are spacious and beautiful. We are very blessed to have Jeremy and his maintenance team taking care of the units. Jeremy is always super helpful and very friendly. We will continue living here as long as we live in Fort Myers.

Amazing
The maintenance team here is absolutely outstanding! Jeremy and Michael go above and beyond every single time. They are prompt, professional, and always so courteous when coming into the apartment. No matter how small or big the issue, they fix it quickly and make sure everything is working perfectly before they leave. It’s clear they truly care about the residents and take pride in their work. Having such a reliable and friendly maintenance team makes living here stress-free and enjoyable. Huge... thank you to Jeremy and Michael for all that you do—you both are the best!

So big!
we moved in a few months ago and love it. we love that oujr apartment is so big.
