I’m gonna try and be fair with an honest review. I understand these apartments are a little older, but the wear really shows inside. Only been here 3 months and have had 3 major issues. My first week here the ceiling started leaking in the bathroom. Next came a very bad pest infestation(not sure what kind of bugs) crawling all over the bathroom and kitchen. Now the a/c has stopped working. The maintenance people did fix the first two issues within a few days to be fair. I would recommend to do... your research before moving here. I wouldn’t recommend moving into these apartments.

All employees are nice, maintenance is quick, the grounds are beautiful and its the biggest space for the price that I have found! Pools are clean and there are garages available and trash pickup. Cant complain! Low key quiet place kind of tucked away.

2. No bugs.
3. Beautiful lake with wildlife.
4. Cheaper than most.

The gates are always broken and the maintenance people don’t know what their doing. My air conditioner has been broken several times within 3 months. The property manager is careless and doesn’t care about the residents. I asked for a reduction and rent and it wasn’t given. My ac has been worked on all week and it brakes every day. I’m hot and I’m tired.
