So far this is the best community I ever saw

So far so good. It is a beautiful place. A lot of greenery everybody says hello, the pool is very nice. Jacuzzi's always hot. I don't know why the guy's complaining about. I like it because I am disabled and it's easy because they put a shower bar for me and they take care of things as quick as possible. They could because it is a big place, and sometimes it takes time period but if you do have an a c problem, they try to fix it as fast as possible. Because it does get hot and the apartments… without a c. If people give one star that's because they don't know, they always lived in an apartment, they think everything's supposed to be excellent. It is older place, but they keep it up as best as they could. And they are remodeling a lot of the apartments and they look very nice. Thank you so much to the staff and to the maintenance people. And to the people that live here.

Nothing gets fixed

No Parking, gates don’t work, roof leaks and mold.

Think twice before moving here

I’m gonna try and be fair with an honest review. I understand these apartments are a little older, but the wear really shows inside. Only been here 3 months and have had 3 major issues. My first week here the ceiling started leaking in the bathroom. Next came a very bad pest infestation(not sure what kind of bugs) crawling all over the bathroom and kitchen. Now the a/c has stopped working. The maintenance people did fix the first two issues within a few days to be fair. I would recommend to do… your research before moving here. I wouldn’t recommend moving into these apartments.

Love it!

All employees are nice, maintenance is quick, the grounds are beautiful and its the biggest space for the price that I have found! Pools are clean and there are garages available and trash pickup. Cant complain! Low key quiet place kind of tucked away.

Love it!

1. The space is HUGE!
2. No bugs.
3. Beautiful lake with wildlife.
4. Cheaper than most.
5. Great Neighbors!
