brechin apartment

I when by there to check out the apartment i seen an renter and he told me to go in front of the building to get the information to call the manager that's is in charger. the apartment seen to be in a good area and close to everything you need to do. I try to call the number but no one answer it's seem very quite area to live at. so if you do want to live out there give the manager and ring they also have and 800 number on the web.
