I have lived at Sanibel Straits Apts for 11 months and everyone has been so nice and friendly to me, from the staff members to all the neighbors i have had a chance to meet and i love going to the parties given at the clubhouse by the property management. I enjoy living at this complex, Thanks for all you guys do for us the residents.

Sanibel Straits is a wonderful place to live at! The people that live here are professionals and care for their neighbors. The grounds are kept up beautifully.
Fun events at the Straits that everyone has an opportunity to participate.
The Staff and Maintenance Team are passionate about their work and want to assist you. Mario, Hannah and Irma, at the front office will take care of anything that you need assistance with.
The Maintenance Team, Carlos, Javier and Francisco are hardworking and… proficient. These folks can handle plumbing, locks, appliances etc.
The Sanibel Straits has a great team from the front office staff to the maintenance staff.
