Great Staff and Services

The apartments are nice and the maintenance staff is quick to respond to any problems. It’s a clean neighborhood and close to a wide variety of shops and restaurants. The staff is always friendly and willing to help.

Go somewhere else!

Poor quality “luxury” apartments that are WAYYY over priced. Front office has no idea what’s going on and the everything in the apartment is garbage. Cheap appliances and we had a roach problem. You can hear EVERYTHING your neighbor does even use the bathroom. All of the bad reviews are 100% true. If you have another option, go there!

Awful Experience

Not only is the staff terrible to deal with, but the apartments themselves are garbage. They look decent from the outside, but inside you hear everything going on around the paper thin walls. Broken appliances, broken/unfinished outlets in multiple rooms. Save yourself the trouble, avoid.
