Beautiful property and wonderful team.

I recently moved in and have already had a really great experience with this community! The property is beautiful, especially at night, and everything feels very well-kept and welcoming.

The maintenance team has also been great—very quick to respond to work orders and efficient about getting the right people on-site to take care of things. It’s definitely reassuring to know that requests are handled promptly.

I also want to give a special shoutout to Valentina in the office. She was the one… who toured me through the community, and she was so friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout the process. She made a great first impression and really helped make the move-in experience a positive one.

I’m excited to be here and looking forward to my time in the community!

Luxury Living with an Amazing Team!

The community is beautiful, modern, and very well maintained, and the amenities are some of the best I’ve seen in the Fort Myers area. The apartments have a high-end feel, and you can tell a lot of thought went into the overall design of the property.

The management and maintenance teams are also friendly, responsive, and genuinely seem to care about the residents and the community. There are always resident events and little extras that make it feel like more than just an apartment complex… .

If you’re looking for a newer luxury apartment community in Fort Myers with beautiful amenities, a great atmosphere, and a team that actually cares, I would definitely recommend checking out The Tailor!
