Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Guests are required to check out by 10:00 AM; a $50 fine will be charged for late check-out. Late check-out may be available for an additional $25 per hour, with prior host approval. Guests are asked to report any cleaning or maintenance concerns within 2 hours of check-in. This is a non-smoking property, and a $500 smoke damage cleaning fee will be charged if any sign or smell of smoke is encountered. Pets are not allowed at this property. Events and vendors are prohibited. Guests must remove shoes when inside the home. Be mindful of tropical bugs such as mosquitoes, palmetto bugs, wood roaches, and no-see-ums. Guests agree to pay for any damage made to the property or its furnishings. Host, or Host's Agent, may enter the property at any time in the event of an emergency, to perform necessary repairs and/or maintenance, and with 24 hours' notice for normal maintenance.
