The bunk room is best suited for children. Please note that the pool is temporarily closed for maintenance. There is no lifeguard on duty at the beach, and guests swim at their own risk. Guests may need to bring their own beach towels and personal hygiene items. This is a non-smoking property. Check-in is at 4 pm and check-out is at 10 am; early check-in and late check-out requests will result in additional fees. Due to the tropical climate, you may encounter tropical insects, amphibians, and fish; the space is treated regularly for pests. Swimming in the bay carries risks due to aquatic species. Guests are expected to adhere to quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am, and any disturbance triggering a visit by police will require immediate eviction. Guests agree to pay a $50 fine if not checked out by the specified check-out time. Approved late check-outs will incur a $25 fee for each extended hour. Guests must report any cleaning or maintenance concerns within 2 hours of check-in. Guests must use rails when using stairs and children need to be accompanied. Yards may contain hazards; wear shoes and watch where you step. Only the number of guests noted in the booking are allowed on premises unless approved in writing by the host/manager; exceeding occupancy will result in eviction and a charge of $20 per person per day for visitors not identified in the reservation. Guests must be 18 years of age or older to book. Guests shall remove shoes when inside the home. Guests agree to pay a $500 smoke damage cleaning fee if any sign or smell of smoke is encountered. Pets are not allowed without prior written authorization from the host, and an approved pet will incur a $100 pet fee. Guests who bring an unapproved pet will be charged a $300 pet fee and immediately evicted. No events or vendors are permitted. Guests agree to keep the property in the same condition throughout their stay and report any damage within one hour of occupancy. Guests are responsible for reporting hazardous items. The unit is not child-proofed. Guests agree to pay for any damage made to the property. Host may enter the property at any time in the event of an emergency, to perform necessary repairs and/or maintenance, and with 24 hours’ notice for normal maintenance. Host shall not be liable for personal items left behind, lost or stolen. Illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction. Host shall not be liable for any injury, loss or damage to any person or property on or about the property. Guests agree to pay any documented loss of host income created by Guest violating house rules. The cost to replace any lost or damaged keys is $25 per key. Guests are asked to dispose of food in the trash can; the garbage disposal is for small food remnants only. Guests shall not re-key or change out door locks. Guests are to be respectful of neighbors and keep noise to a minimum. All items in the kitchen have been counted, and any item removed from premises will be charged to the guest. Guests are not to wash laundry belonging to the home to hide stains. Un-salvageable linens/bath towels will be charged to the guest. Indoor and outdoor furniture is not to be re-arranged. An additional cleaning fee of double the cleaning cost can be charged if additional cleanup is required that goes above the standard cleaning.
