Guests who bring a pet or pets without approval will be charged a $300 pet fee and immediately evicted from the property without refund for the remaining days on reservation. A $25 late check-out fee will be charged for each extended hour of stay if approved by the host. Lost or damaged keys will incur a $25 replacement fee per key.

The pool is temporarily closed for maintenance. There is no lifeguard on duty at the beach, and guests swim at their own risk. Guests may encounter tropical insects and amphibians due to the tropical climate and proximity to water; the space is treated regularly for pests. Snakes such as water moccasins may be seen on occasion, especially near rocks. Swimming in the bay carries risks due to aquatic species. Check-in is at 4 pm and check-out is at 10 am. Guests are expected to adhere to a non-smoking policy; a $500 smoke damage cleaning fee will be charged if any sign or smell of smoke is encountered after check-out. There are to be no pets on the property without prior written authorization. No events or vendors are permitted. Guests must be 18 years of age or older at the time of booking. Guests shall remove shoes when inside the home. Quiet time is from 10 pm to 8 am; any disturbance triggering a visit by police will require immediate eviction of all guests from the property without refund. Guests agree to pay a $50 fine if not checked out by the specified check-out time. Guests who exceed the occupancy noted in the reservation will be immediately evicted without refund and will pay a charge of $20 per person/per day for every visitor not identified in the reservation. Guests agree to pay any damage made by guests or their visitors to the property and its furnishings. Host, or Host's Agent may enter the Property at any time, with no prior notice, in the event of an emergency, to perform necessary repairs and/or maintenance, and with 24 hours’ notice for normal maintenance. Host shall not be liable or responsible for personal items left behind, lost or stolen. Illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction. Host shall not be liable to Guest, its guests or invitees or any other person for any injury, loss or damage to any person or property on or about the Property. Guests agree to pay any documented loss of host income created by Guest violating house rules. All items in the kitchen have been counted, and any item removed from the premises will be charged to the guest. Please be respectful of bed sheets and towels; makeup/foundation, face medications/creams, and tanning products will stain and/or bleach linens/towels. Indoor and outdoor furniture is not to be rearranged. An additional cleaning fee of double the cleaning cost can be charged if additional cleanup is required that goes above the standard cleaning.
