Guests have access to a public beach, an outdoor swimming pool, and a BBQ area. Free parking is available on premises. Beach chairs are not provided but can be rented from the nearest rental service.

Check-in is at 4 pm and check-out is at 10 am. Early check-in and late check-out requests will result in additional fees. This is a non-smoking unit, and guests are expected to adhere to these rules. Guests swim at their own risk as there is no lifeguard on duty at the beach. Due to the tropical climate, tropical insects may be present. Guests are responsible for their own beach towels and personal hygiene items. Guests must be 18 years of age or older to book. Guests agree to pay a $500 smoke damage cleaning fee if any sign or smell of smoke is encountered. No pets are allowed on the property without prior written authorization and a $100 pet fee. Guests who bring pets without approval will be charged a $300 pet fee and immediately evicted. No events or vendors are permitted. Guests must report any cleaning or maintenance concerns within 2 hours of check-in. Guests must use rails when using stairs and children will need to be accompanied. Guests must remove shoes when inside the home. Guests agree to pay any damage made to the property. Host or Host's Agent may enter the property at any time in the event of an emergency, to perform necessary repairs and/or maintenance, and with 24 hours’ notice for normal maintenance. Host shall not be liable or responsible for personal items left behind, lost or stolen. Illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction. Host shall not be liable to Guest for any injury, loss or damage to any person or property on or about the Property. Guests agree to pay any documented loss of host income created by Guest violating house rules. Costs to replace any lost or damaged keys is $25 per key. Guests are asked to kindly dispose of food in the available trash can. Guests shall not re-key or change out door locks/ door hardware. Guests are to be respectful of neighbors, and shall keep noise to a minimum while in back or front yards. Quiet time is 10pm to 8am. Any disturbance triggering a visit by police will require immediate eviction of all guests from Property. All items in kitchen including silverware, pots/pans, spices, flatware, etc. have been counted, and any item removed from premises will be charged to the guest. Guests are not to wash laundry belonging to the home in order to hide stains. Un-salvageable linens/bath towels will be charged to the guest. Indoor and outdoor furniture is not to be re-arranged. An additional cleaning fee of double the cleaning cost can be charged if additional cleanup is required that goes above the standard cleaning.
