Locals must communicate with the host before booking. Check-in time is 4pm or after, and check-out time is 10am. Guests agree to pay a $500 smoke damage cleaning fee if any sign or smell of smoke is encountered after check-out. Pets are not allowed at this property. If Guest exceeds the occupancy noted in the reservation, all guests and/or visitors to the Property will be immediately evicted without refund for unused days remaining.
