Guests have the option to use the in-unit washer/dryer or the community laundry for a fee of $1.50 per use. Parking is restricted to designated areas. Grilling is only allowed in designated areas behind the building in the grassy area.

It's situated in a fairly quiet neighborhood, tucked between the Santa Rosa Sound and the Gulf of Mexico. The beach is a 2-minute walk via the boardwalk across the street, which also connects to the intercostal waterway. The neighborhood is near the Fort Walton Beach convention center and the Okaloosa Island pier.
Quiet hours are observed between 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM, with citations and fines for noncompliance. Recreational facilities and the laundry room may not be used during quiet hours. Trash should be disposed of inside the dumpsters. Smoking is not allowed near the building. Check-out time is 10:00 AM; a $50 fine will be applied for late check-out. A $25 late check-out fee per hour will be charged if approved by the host prior to booking. Guests must notify the host of their expected arrival time at least 6 hours in advance. A $500 smoke damage cleaning fee will be charged if any sign or smell of smoke is encountered. No pets are allowed without prior written authorization, and an unapproved pet will incur a $300 fee and immediate eviction. No events or vendors are permitted. Guests are responsible for reporting any damage or hazardous items within one hour of occupancy. Hanging beach towels, swimsuits, or clothing over balcony, deck, or patio railings is strictly prohibited. Guests are responsible for child-proofing the unit. Any damage to furnishings or fixtures will be charged to the guest. Host or their agent may enter the property at any time in case of an emergency, to perform necessary repairs, or with 24 hours' notice for normal maintenance. Lost or stolen personal items are not the host's liability. Illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction. Host shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage to persons or property. Guests agree to pay any documented loss of host income created by violating house rules. The cost to replace any lost or damaged keys is $25 per key. Food should be disposed of in the trash can; the garbage disposal is for small food remnants only. Eating food in bedrooms is discouraged to prevent pests and linen damage. Guests shall not change door locks. Neighbors must be respected, and noise kept to a minimum, especially in yards. Quiet time is 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Any disturbance triggering a police visit will require immediate eviction. Items removed from the kitchen will be charged to the guest. Guests are not to wash laundry belonging to the home. Un-salvageable linens/bath towels will be charged to the guest. Indoor and outdoor furniture is not to be re-arranged.
