This recently renovated condo features beautiful tile floors throughout the open living area, complete with a roomy sectional and a large smart RoKu television. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, a stylish two-seater island, and a modern Keurig coffee maker, along with K-cups, sugar, and creamer. The bathroom is modern and sleek, with a shower and bathtub, and modern shelving for easy access to towels. The cozy bedroom has a cottage-like feel with a shabby chic design, featuring a comfy queen-size bed and stylish bed frame, as well as a sizable closet with hangers and a spacious dresser.
Guests will have access to a designated parking space located right under the condo. For laundry needs, there is a shared laundry room on the property that requires $1.50 per use. For outdoor cooking, there is a shared BBQ area on the property.
Located in a fairly quiet neighborhood full of locals and tucked in between the intercoastal Santa Rosa Sound and the Gulf of Mexico, this condo is just a 2-minute walk to the beach via the boardwalk across the street. It is attached to the Okaloosa Island Beach Access #1 Boardwalk that goes directly to the Gulf of Mexico's beautiful sugar-white warm sandy beach and the intercostal waterway near the Brooks Bridge. The Santa Rosa Sound is a minute or two on the opposite side, also connected to the boardwalk. Okaloosa Island is known for less crowded beaches and is about 10-15 minutes from Destin, depending on traffic. This neighborhood is located near restaurants, bars, the Fort Walton Beach convention center and the Okaloosa Island pier, all within walking distance.
Quiet hours are between 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM, and citations and fines could be issued for noncompliance. Grilling is only allowed in designated areas behind the building in the grassy area. If any sign or smell of smoke is encountered, guest agrees to pay a $500 smoke damage cleaning fee. If a pet or pets are brought without approval, a $300 pet fee will be charged and guests will be immediately evicted from the property without refund for the remaining days on reservation.
