Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 11am. Guests are required to remove shoes inside the home. Hanging beach towels, swimsuits, or clothing over balcony railings is strictly prohibited. There are no pets allowed except with prior written authorization from the host, a $100 pet fee will be applied once pets are approved. Guests who bring a pet without approval will be charged a $300 pet fee and immediately evicted. Smoking is prohibited, and guests agree to pay a $500 smoke damage cleaning fee if any sign or smell of smoke is encountered. There are no events or vendors allowed on the property. Guests must be 18 years of age or older at the time of booking. A $50 fine will be charged if guests are not checked out by the specified check-out time.
