There are no pets allowed unless authorized in writing by the host, with a $100 pet fee. Unauthorized pets will incur a $300 fee and eviction. Smoking is prohibited, and any sign or smell of smoke will result in a $500 smoke damage cleaning fee. Events and vendors are prohibited. Guests agree to pay for any damage to the property. Quiet time is from 10pm to 8am; disturbances may lead to eviction. Guests are responsible for reporting hazardous items. Guests must be 18 years of age or older at the time of booking. Illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction. Host shall not be liable for personal items left behind. Lost or damaged keys will incur a $25 replacement fee.
