Noise levels should be mindful during quiet hours from 10 pm to 7 am, as per the Okaloosa Island noise ordinance. Guests are responsible for keeping the condo clean and tidy, with no daily maid service. Guests must remove shoes when inside the home. Illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction. Hanging beach towels, swimsuits, or clothing over balcony, deck, or patio railings is strictly prohibited.
