This is a minimalist beach getaway designed for simplicity and sunshine, with very limited storage and no closet or dresser. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside and outside the property. Parties and large gatherings are not permitted. A maximum of 2 people are allowed to occupy the space. Check-in is available from 4 PM, and check-out is by 10 AM. The property is equipped with a smoke detector, carbon monoxide detector, and a first aid kit. The original container doors serve as storm shutters. Guests are asked to recycle and conserve energy. Please observe local wildlife from a distance and refrain from feeding them. One designated parking spot is available per booking. The property is equipped with a Minut Smart Home Sensor to monitor noise levels, temperature, humidity, and motion near the entry. Used towels should be left in a pile. Do not dispose of shampoo, conditioner, body soap, lotion, or hand soap containers. Set the mini split to 74°F in summer or 70°F in winter before checking out. Dispose of all trash in the dumpster located next to the boardwalk entrance. Linens and supplies will not be replenished during your stay. Guests may be charged a fee for stained or damaged linens beyond normal use. Please use caution and follow fire safety guidelines if using the fire pit, for which wood is not provided. Always use handrails when using the stairs to the rooftop. Do not move furniture inside the containers or bring outdoor furniture downstairs or downstairs furniture upstairs.
