Due to the tropical climate, you may encounter tropical insects, amphibians, and fish. The space is treated regularly for pests, but occasional encounters are possible, especially during storms. Water moccasins may be seen near rocks. Swimming in the bay carries risks due to aquatic species. Check-in is at 4 pm or after, and check-out is by 11 am. A $500 smoke damage cleaning fee will be charged if any sign or smell of smoke is encountered. Pets are not allowed. Events and vendors are prohibited. Guests must remove shoes inside the home. Locals must communicate with the host before booking. Early check-in may be available for a $50 fee, and late check-out may be available for a $25 fee per extended hour.
