Smoking is strictly prohibited within the condo; please use designated outdoor areas. No pets are allowed. Quiet hours are observed during the evening and early morning. Guests are responsible for disposing of their trash in the designated outdoor dumpster. The property is equipped with a Minut Smart Home Sensor that monitors noise levels, temperature, humidity, and motion near the entry. Guests must be 18 years of age or older to book. Shoes should be removed inside the home. Guests are responsible for child-proofing the unit. Any damage to furnishings or fixtures must be reported within one hour of occupancy. Lost or damaged keys will incur a replacement fee of $25 per key. Lockouts will result in a locksmith fee for the guest. Guests are asked to dispose of food in the available trash can and use the garbage disposal for small food remnants only. Eating food in bedrooms is discouraged to prevent pests and linen damage.
