To access the condo, guests will need to ascend one flight of stairs. Smoking is strictly prohibited within the condo; please use designated outdoor areas. No pets are allowed. Please be mindful of quiet hours to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests. Guests are responsible for disposing of their trash in the designated outdoor dumpster. Early check-ins and late check-outs may be accommodated with prior arrangements and an additional fee. Guests are asked to notify the host of their expected arrival time at least 6 hours in advance. Guests are responsible for any damage made to the property or its furnishings. Guests must be 18 years of age or older at the time of booking. Guests shall remove shoes when inside the home. Please be mindful of tropical bugs and wild animals. Guests are responsible for reporting any hazardous items immediately. The property is not child-proofed. Host, or Host's Agent may enter the Property at any time in the event of an emergency, to perform necessary repairs and/or maintenance, and with 24 hours’ notice for normal maintenance. Host shall not be liable or responsible for personal items left behind, lost or stolen. Illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction. Host shall not be liable to Guest for any injury, loss or damage to any person or property on or about the Property. Guests are responsible for any documented loss of host income created by Guest violating house rules. Costs to replace any lost or damaged keys is $25 per key. Locksmith fee for lockouts is the responsibility of the guest. Please dispose of food in the available trash can. Garbage disposal is for small food remnants only. No eating of food in any bedroom to prevent pests and linen damage. Guests shall not re-key or change out door locks/ door hardware. Please be respectful of neighbors and keep noise to a minimum, especially during quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am. Any disturbance triggering a visit by police will require immediate eviction. All items in the kitchen have been counted, and any item removed from premises will be charged to the guest. Please be respectful of bed sheets and towels; makeup, face medications/creams, and tanning products will stain and/or bleach linens/towels. Indoor and outdoor furniture is not to be re-arranged. An additional cleaning fee of double the cleaning cost can be charged if additional cleanup is required that goes above the standard cleaning.
