Pets are not allowed in the unit, and guests who bring pets without approval will be charged a $300 pet fee and immediately evicted. Check-in time is 4 PM or after, and check-out time is 11 AM. Guests who do not check out by 11 AM will be charged a $50 fine. The pool is heated until February 1st. Guests are required to wear proper swim attire in the pool area.
