Check-in time is 4pm or after, and check-out time is 10am. Guests are required to communicate their arrival time at least 6 hours in advance. A $50 early check-in fee applies if confirmed. A $50 fine will be charged for late check-out. Guests must remove shoes inside the home. Smoking is prohibited, and a $500 smoke damage cleaning fee will be charged if any sign or smell of smoke is encountered. Pets are not allowed. No events or vendors are permitted on the property. Guests must be 18 years of age or older to book. Be aware of tropical insects and potential wildlife, as the property is located near water. The property is treated regularly for pests, but encounters are possible. Swimming in the bay is at your own risk due to aquatic species. Any disturbance triggering a visit by police will require immediate eviction. All items in the kitchen have been counted, and any item removed from the premises will be charged to the guest. Guests are asked to be respectful of bed sheets and towels; makeup, hair dye, tanning products, or coloring sticks can stain or bleach linens and towels, and guests will be charged for un-salvageable linens/bath towels. Indoor and outdoor furniture is not to be rearranged. An additional cleaning fee of double the cleaning cost may be charged if additional cleanup is required.
