Nestled in a quiet neighborhood on Okaloosa Island, this property is tucked between the intercoastal Santa Rosa Sound and the Gulf of Mexico. The beach is a two-minute walk via the boardwalk across the street, which connects directly to the Gulf and the intercostal waterway. The Santa Rosa Sound is also just a minute or two away on the opposite side, accessible via the boardwalk. Okaloosa Island is known for its less crowded beaches and is approximately a 10-15 minute drive to Destin, depending on traffic. The neighborhood is conveniently located near restaurants and bars.
Check-in time is 4 PM or after. Guests are asked to notify of their expected arrival time at least 6 hours in advance. Check-out time is 10 AM. Guests agree to pay a $50 fine if not checked out by the specified check-out time. Guests must be 18 years of age or older at the time of booking. Guests shall remove shoes when inside the home. Due to the tropical climate and proximity to water, guests may encounter tropical insects and wildlife. The property is treated regularly for pests, but encounters are sometimes unavoidable. Guests are advised to be aware of their surroundings, especially near water. Smoking is prohibited, and guests agree to pay a $500 smoke damage cleaning fee if any sign or smell of smoke is encountered. Pets are not allowed at this property. No events or vendors are permitted. Guests are responsible for reporting any damage or hazardous items within one hour of occupancy. Guests are advised to child-proof the unit if necessary. Guests agree to pay for any damage made to the property.
