Overall good place for the price.

Clearly the people leaving a bad review did something to get into trouble because I've been here over two years and never had issues. Inside the apartment is nicer than expected, especially considering the age & price.
Pros: Price! It’s the most affordable place in this area.
Location. Enough said.
Has washer/dryer connections.
No weight limit for dogs.
Staff is pretty good about getting things done.
Cons: watch your step. Lots of dead areas of sand and tree roots.
No central ac. Can get… warm inside during the hot summer days.
You can hear your neighbors! Especially if they hang a picture or close a door too hard.

Overall good place for the price.

Location and price

Location and price are the best for living in a beach town. Interior of the units are nicer than expected. Maintenance calls are handled quickly. Office staff are sweet and fun. Loved the little goodies they put in the apartment when I moved in.

Poorly managed- avoid this place

The office flat out lied to my husband to his face and later tacked on fees not disclosed. Shoddy maintenance, refused to fix an outlet that quit working. Poor flooring that was curling up in several places. They will walk in without knocking. Horrible experience !!
