The full kitchen is well suited for group meals, with ample counter space and stainless steel appliances. Step outside to your private pool and hot tub, an inviting space for slowing down after busy days. A dedicated game room adds another layer of fun, featuring a pool table and ping pong table for friendly competition. Practical touches like a washer and dryer and self check-in with a smart lock help make longer stays feel effortless.
Enjoy the patio with room to sit, enjoy the water, or fire up the BBQ grill for casual outdoor meals. Pool loungers make it easy to relax with a book or take a break between swims. Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace are also available. If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. Plus, travel is a breeze with close by transportation and proximity to both I-4 and 27 freeways.
Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. A written notification from the guest and approval by the host is required to bring one house-trained dog, and a pet fee is applied. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Up to two cars may park side-to-side in the driveway in front of the garage. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes.
