It is a 20-minute drive from Disney, 28 minutes from Universal Studios, and 25 minutes from SeaWorld. Transportation is a breeze with close by access to both I-4 and 27 freeways.
Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. A pet fee is applied for bringing a house-trained dog, and is subject to up to $150. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. The maximum number of guests allowed at any given time is 13. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight, unless otherwise agreed upon.
