Parking can accommodate up to 2 vehicles in the driveway parked side to side, and up to 1 vehicle on the street in front of the property.
Located in a gated masterplan community in Florida, this home offers a recreation-rich lifestyle with lavish amenities and nearby access to Orlando’s theme parks, such as Disney World, along with shopping and dining at Posner Park. It is a 20-minute drive from Disney, 28 minutes from Universal Studios, and 25 minutes from SeaWorld. Transportation is a breeze with close by access to both I-4 and 27 freeways.
Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. A pet fee is applied for bringing a house-trained dog, and is subject to up to $150. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. The maximum number of guests allowed at any given time is 13. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight, unless otherwise agreed upon. If you need an additional parking spot, there's a section in the community called Lava Tree Dr where you can find extra parking spots for overflow parking. During the day, you can park in the Clubhouse parking lot, but overnight parking is not permitted. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules. [SI]
