Please note that in sunny Florida, humidity and bugs are a natural occurrence, and while the property is professionally sprayed, guests are advised to pack sunscreen and bug spray. The home is not baby-proofed. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited. Please wipe shoes at the door and remove them indoors when possible. Be considerate of neighbors during quiet hours. After rain, the pool may appear slightly discolored due to bugs washing off the screen. Fireworks and firearms are not allowed on the property. Please take out the trash and dispose of it properly upon departure. Report damages immediately.
