Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes. Violations may result in towing or fines per HOA rules. Guests are asked to wipe shoes at the door and it is preferred that shoes be removed indoors. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors by being considerate while socializing outdoors after 10pm and before 8am, and keeping excessive noise to a minimum during this time. No fireworks of any kind are allowed. No firearms on property, unless kept locked in a vehicle. Guests are required to take out the trash and dispose of it properly per instructions upon departure; failure to do so can result in fines up to $200. Damages must be reported immediately.
