There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Any violation of the no-smoking policy will incur fines. Check-out time is 10 AM. Late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. Pool and spa heating can be added for an additional $35 per day of stay. A damage protection option is required for all reservations, with options for a $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at $100) for reservations of 2 nights or more. For 1-night reservations, a $500 refundable security deposit is required. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes. Violations may result in towing or fines per HOA rules. Failure to properly bag trash and dispose of in the correct bin can result in fines up to $200.
