There is no smoking or drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Events are not allowed. Please be advised that in sunny Florida, humidity and bugs are a natural and common occurrence. The property is professionally sprayed for pests. Guests are expected to clean up any mess and/or pet waste properly. A maximum of 18 guests can be accommodated at any given time. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. The number of vehicles on property should never exceed four per reservation. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes. Violations may result in towing or fines per HOA rules. Please wipe shoes at the door and it is preferred that shoes are removed indoors when possible. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors by being considerate while socializing outdoors after 10pm and before 8am, and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. No fireworks of any kind. No firearms on property, unless kept locked in a vehicle. Please take out the trash and dispose properly per instructions upon departure. Report damages immediately.
