If you would like to add heating for the pool and spa, please request it at least one week in advance. The cost is $35 per day, billed separately. Please note that during cold or rainy weather, pool use is not recommended. The propane is usually provided by the guests. There is a propane tank in the house that can be taken to fill up and used during the stay.

Check-out time is 10:00 AM. A pet fee is required to welcome one house-trained dog (less than 50 lbs). There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. The number of vehicles on property should never exceed four per reservation. Be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10pm and before 8am, and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. No fireworks of any kind. No firearms on property, unless kept locked in vehicle.
