The large kitchen is fully stocked with stainless steel appliances, and there are spacious indoor and outdoor dining areas. Pool and spa heating is available for $35 per day of stay, with at least a week's notice required for coordination. Parking accommodates up to four vehicles in the driveway, but the garage is not accessible for parking as it has been converted into a game room. We welcome one house-trained dog under 50 lbs with a pet fee and a $150 security deposit. Propane grills are available, but propane is usually provided by guests.

Check-out time is 10 AM, and late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. This is a self-catering home, so supplies are not refilled during your stay. There are security cameras outside for safety, but none point to the pool area. No smoking or drugs are allowed inside or outside the home, and a maximum of 18 guests can be accommodated.
