The check-out time is 10:00 AM. A written notification from the guest and approval by the host is required to welcome a house-trained dog (less than 50 lbs), and a pet fee is required. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. The number of vehicles on the property should never exceed four per reservation. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors, and be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10pm and before 8am. No fireworks of any kind are allowed. No firearms are allowed on the property, unless kept locked in a vehicle.
