Check-out is at 10 AM. Late check-outs may disrupt schedules and could incur a fee of up to $300. This is a self-catering home, so supplies are not refilled during your stay. Provided for your convenience are basic bathroom and kitchen supplies. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. We can accommodate a maximum of 18 guests at any given time. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise. Number of vehicles on property should never exceed four per reservation. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors by keeping excessive noise to a minimum after 10 PM and before 8 AM. No fireworks or firearms are allowed on the property. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules.
