There is a no-smoking and no-drugs policy on the property. The home can accommodate a maximum of 16 guests, and it is not baby-proofed. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight. Parking rules must be followed to avoid towing. Excessive noise should be minimized between 10 PM and 8 AM. Fireworks and firearms are not allowed on the property. Violations of these rules may result in termination of the reservation without refund and/or monetary fines.
