Dine together in indoor and outdoor dining areas, and take advantage of the free use of the washer and dryer. Step outside to your private poolside paradise, complete with outdoor loungers and a sun deck.
Parking is available with space for up to two vehicles in the driveway and one additional vehicle on the street in front of the property. If you would like pool heat and/or hot tub, it must be requested in writing a week prior to check-in, with a fee of $35 per day of usage. Additional fees may apply if a week's notice is not given. We welcome one house-trained dog with a pet fee applied and subject to a security deposit.

The property has a no-smoking and no-drugs policy, and violations may result in termination of the reservation without refund. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. The home is not baby-proofed, and only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise.
