The gated resort community blends leisure, luxury, and convenience with access to championship golf courses and exceptional dining. With quick access to I-4 and Highway 27, getting to nearby destinations and exploring all that Central Florida has to offer is simple and stress-free.
Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Up to two cars may park side-to-side in the driveway in front of the garage, and if you need an additional parking spot, there's a section in the community called Lava Tree Dr where you can find extra parking spots for overflow parking. During the day, you can park in the Clubhouse parking lot, but overnight parking is not permitted. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes. A written notification from the guest and approval by the host is required to bring one house-trained dog, and a pet fee is applied and subject to up to $150 security deposit.
