A dedicated game room with an air hockey table and foosball adds built-in entertainment for all ages. Practical comforts like air conditioning, heating, ceiling fans, and a washer and dryer are included. Step outside to enjoy the pool area, complete with outdoor furniture and a hot tub.
Pool heating is available for an additional charge of $35 per day. A pet fee is applied and subject to up to $150.

Transportation is a breeze with close by access to both I-4 and 27 freeways.
Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Up to three cars may park in the spaces near the house. Do not block sidewalks, driveways, or park on the grass. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes. Violations may result in towing or fines per HOA rules. In sunny Florida, humidity and bugs are a natural and very common occurrence. The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. Check-out time is 10 am. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.
