Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. There is absolutely no smoking or drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Events are not allowed. Guests must be at least 21 years of age and the individual who booked the reservation must be present to show their ID when checking in with the security guard at the community entrance. Everyone over 18 should bring a valid government-issued ID. Check-in is via smart lock. Please note that in sunny Florida, with beautiful weather and greenery, come humidity and bugs. These elements are a natural & very common occurrence! We have our property professionally sprayed for pests, but please remember to pack sunscreen and bug spray! After it rains, there may be a few small bugs that wash off the screen and into the pool and the pool may appear slightly discolored. No fireworks of any kind. No firearms on property, unless kept locked in vehicle. Please take out the trash and dispose properly per instructions upon departure. Report damages immediately.
