ChampionsGate is a gated masterplan community in Florida. Enjoy a recreation-rich lifestyle with lavish amenities and nearby access to Orlando’s theme parks, like Disney World, along with shopping and dining at Posner Park. Disney World is 15 minutes away and Universal Studios is 25 minutes away. Plus, travel is a breeze with close by transportation and proximity to both I-4 and 27 freeways.
Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. A written notification from the guest and approval by the host is required to welcome one house-trained dog, and a pet fee is applied, subject to up to $150 security deposit. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. We can accommodate a maximum of 10 guests at any given time. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Up to 3 cars may park in the spaces near the house. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules. Check-out time is 10 AM. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.
Please make sure that we have a list of First and Last names of all guests ages 18 and older. Remember everyone over 18 should bring a valid government-issued I.D.
