This home offers six spacious bedrooms and five bathrooms, along with two living areas, a free washer and dryer, and a private pool. Enjoy a game room with a pool table, a large full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and spacious indoor and outdoor dining areas. Located in the beautiful ChampionsGate community, the outdoor area includes pool loungers and free access to the community water park and amenity center/clubhouse. Relax in the spacious family room equipped with a flat-screen TV and leather reclining couches that will accommodate the whole family. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you might need to make a big breakfast before an adventure-filled day in Orlando. Downstairs, there is one bedroom and one shared bath, while upstairs, there are five bedrooms and four bathrooms.
Parking can accommodate up to three vehicles, with up to two in the driveway and one on the street. If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, the cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice.

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. Check-out time is 10 AM. In order to prepare the property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300. It is a self-catering home, therefore, supplies are not refilled during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room, we provide enough detergent pods for up to two loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and a sponge are provided. There is a coffee maker, however, coffee is not provided. Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, let us know immediately upon check-in so we can arrange restocking. We value safety and privacy and have cameras outside for security purposes, none of them pointing to the pool area. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. We can accommodate a maximum of 15 guests at any given time. No third-party bookings allowed unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Number of vehicles on the property should never exceed three per reservation. Please wipe shoes at the door. It is preferred that shoes are removed indoors when possible. Be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10 PM and before 8 AM. Keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. No fireworks of any kind and no firearms on the property unless kept locked in a vehicle. Follow additional guidelines posted within the home. Take out the trash and dispose of it properly per instructions upon departure. Report damages immediately. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund and pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules.
Feel safe and right at home when you enter the gated community with a 24-hour security guard. We conveniently offer self check-in and check-out. Though we are not available in person, we are happy to answer any questions and help accommodate to the best of our ability. A laptop computer is not included. Read More
