Check-out time is 10 AM, and late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness. The property is not baby-proofed, and no smoking or drugs are allowed inside or outside the home. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM, and guests are asked to respect the neighborhood and neighbors. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. No third-party bookings are allowed unless agreed upon in writing. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Fireworks and firearms are not permitted on the property, unless firearms are kept locked in a vehicle. Guests are asked to take out the trash and dispose of it properly upon departure and report any damages immediately. The reservation may be terminated without refund, and monetary fines may be pursued if guests violate any of these rules.
