Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. The maximum guest count is 10 at any given time. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Up to 3 cars may park in the spaces near the house. Do not block sidewalks, driveways, or park on the grass. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes. Violations may result in towing or fines per HOA rules. If guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules, the reservation may be terminated without refund, and/or monetary fines may be pursued.
