A sound system and multiple TVs support movie nights and casual downtime.
Pool heat is available as an option for $35 per day of stay, with at least a week's notice required. Free access to a nearby resort’s water park and clubhouse expands your recreation choices. Free on-site parking, additional street parking, and an EV charger are provided. Self check-in with a smart lock and a private entrance add flexibility for short or extended stays.
Located in ChampionsGate within the Four Corners area, the home offers easy access to Central Florida attractions. The gated master-planned community provides a blend of luxury and recreation, with championship golf courses, resort-style amenities, and convenient access to Orlando’s world-famous theme parks, including Disney World. Nearby Posner Park offers a variety of shopping and dining options, and easy access to I-4 and 27 makes getting around effortless.
Check-out time is 10 AM. There is absolutely NO smoking and NO drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Any mess and/or pet waste is expected to be cleaned, picked up and disposed of properly. Propane for the grills is usually provided by the guests; a propane tank is available in the house that can be taken to fill up and used during the stay. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes. Violations may result in towing or fines per HOA rules. Be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10 PM and before 8 AM, and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. No fireworks of any kind. No firearms on property, unless kept locked in vehicle. Please take out the trash and dispose properly per instructions upon departure. Report damages immediately. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of ANY of these rules.
