The price seems high at first glance, but includes multiple bills and other amenities that, when included, cause it all to break even with most other apartments. The location is great, central to many necessities and within reasonable travel distance to the water, beaches, and events. The building is sturdy and secure, and the walls are thick, great for those who enjoy their peace and quiet. There's an elevator for accessibility and complimentary carts to assist with moving awkward loads. The... staff is present, pleasant, and easy to reach. Probably the nicest apartment I've ever rented!

I just moved into The Waters at Freeport, and I absolutely love it! Everything is brand new, the apartments are beautiful, the location is great, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The whole place feels fresh, modern, and welcoming — I’m really happy to call this my new home!
