It all worked out! I was looking to get an apartment ASAP and that’s exactly what happened. I lived over 35 min away from the Addison lane apartment complex and their business hours mirror my working hours, so being able to tour an apartment or even getting to the the leasing office in time, before they closed, was nearly impossible. BUT, Jay made it happen! She was very professional, patient and accommodating to me even when I may have been asking for too much. I was ready to move, but time… was not on my side. When I showed up mere minutes before the office closed, Jay stayed late so I could drop off my deposit. She made sure that I got the keys to my apartment EARLY. Was I getting special treatment? IDK. Did she go the extra mile? ABSOLUTELY! When I finally walked over to my new home, unlocked the door and walked in, I was very happy. Moving is stressful enough but she made the process so much easier. I cannot thank her enough. She is amazing and I am so happy to have given Addison lane a shot.
