Maintenance The maintenance member who came to apt 2332 was very nice, professional, and kind. He was a huge help in removing my TV wall mount and expertly fixing the holes left behind by the stand. I really appreciate his help getting everything back in order—excellent service!

Fastest Maintenance In Gainesville Whenever I put in a maintenance request, they are there the same day if not the next day to fix the issue. Love our maintenance team.

Great employee The maintenance employee that cane and put in ONE of the handicapped rails in excellent. I am still waiting for others but he has done a great job on what gas be done to my apt and room.

Quick and Efficient No more than 45 minutes after I told them I had an issue with my toilet, a lovely gentleman knocked on my door and fixed the issue in 5 minutes.
