I lived at Century Town Center for three years and really enjoyed it. The apartments are very spacious, and the appliances are high-end. Gina, the manager, was beyond accommodating and helpful throughout my three years. Highly recommend.

This property is so NICE

I have been a temp leasing agent here at Century Town Center for 8 weeks now. Great clean property with Gina as the Community director. Gina is great. I have worked in the management and leasing side of property management and Gina is by far the best. Very Caring and she knows each and every resident and their lovely pets. I cannot express how happy you will be if you lease at Century Town Homes. Great location and so close to all you may need within walking distance. I highly recommend this... property.

Been going downhill since 2021. Dirty breezeways. Is there a landscaper anymore? Gym equipment is outdated; broken. They “fix” it then it breaks quickly again. Office staff do not follow up on anything. They just smile and say they’ll address it…but never do.

If you rent this place just to let you know this is a beautiful place to come. I love the pool, the gym and the lobby are amazing. Our 1 bedroom town homes is beautiful and very spacious with high ceilings, large kitchen ,room and garage. Robyn and Gina are amazing team in welcoming us.It's a nice place to rent and I enjoy it.
