Forest View is an apartment community in Gainesville, FL
We thoroughly enjoyed the property and its amenities; however, our experience took a disappointing turn after our visit. The following day, critical information was disclosed to us that had not been communicated during our tour. When we attempted to follow up for clarification regarding the charges we would be responsible for, we received inconsistent answers with each call. Eventually, our calls were no longer answered at all. This lack of transparency and accountability is deeply concerning.

Real Professional, Real Team, Real People!
The property was reasonably clean. The list of amenities are absolutely true value. The rent is very reasonable like compared to the fair rent market value. But most of all, I was impressed by the teamwork by all of the staff. Keep up the good work.

Amazing!!
I recently took a tour with Forest View Apartments and I was nothing less than astonished. The way leasing staff and management took care of me while I was there made you feel right at home. This community carries a positive environment for their residents and it shows! I advise you to try this place out!
