Run down and mismanaged

I lived here 3 years and had more issues here than anywhere I've ever lived. Within the first week of moving in, the bathroom leaked and they never fixed the walls they messed up in fixing the leak.

The annual fire inspection caused another leak when one of the contractors turned on something in the sprinkler room and never turned it off.

Contractors also broke the screen on my porch in order to fix something outside and it was never fixed.

The whole place is cockroach infested, regardless... of pest control efforts, there are always cockroaches here, and more than other Florida places I have lived.
