Love living here!

My wife and I have lived at Lakecrossing for four years. We really enjoy the community atmosphere and calm, quiet lifestyle. This is made possible by great staff. Terry, Irina, and Shalea in the office are always welcoming and supportive. They are happy to help in any way possible. Another part of living here is the maintenance. Mark and Richard are always quick to respond, usually within a couple hours and even quicker for emergencies. I’ve never had a maintenance issue that wasn’t completed in... one trip unless a part needed to be ordered. Shandra does a great job keeping the community areas in good shape so they’re always ready to enjoy. We have found this to be a great place to live.

I would like to express my sincere appreciation for Irina and the support she provides at Lake Crossing Apartments.

She is always willing to help and takes the time to explain anything that may be unclear. For example, she helped us understand the insurance process and has been available whenever questions come up.

What stands out most is that Irina is not only helpful with apartment-related matters but is also kind and supportive in everyday situations when residents need assistance. She is... approachable, responsive, and genuinely cares about helping people.

Her positive attitude makes living here a much better experience. Thank you, Irina, for your professionalism, kindness, and continued support.

Run down and mismanaged

I lived here 3 years and had more issues here than anywhere I've ever lived. Within the first week of moving in, the bathroom leaked and they never fixed the walls they messed up in fixing the leak.

The annual fire inspection caused another leak when one of the contractors turned on something in the sprinkler room and never turned it off.

Contractors also broke the screen on my porch in order to fix something outside and it was never fixed.

The whole place is cockroach infested, regardless... of pest control efforts, there are always cockroaches here, and more than other Florida places I have lived.
