Ennovy

Nightmare experience in 2025. Mold in bathrooms/windows, mosquitoes inside the fridge, and leaking ceilings. They are scammers: they won't return my deposit after 4 months and staff 'knows nothing.' Avoid West Shore

Amazing

This is so amazing the apartment are already good be the fact that you have sports to play and after you get pool and they have a little scavenger hunt for the kid going on it's amazing and fun you can play volleyball, baseball, football, baseball, tennis like a lot of activities come join us at legacy you will be amazed

Avoid if you value your sanity!

Do you like work orders that take months to complete? Do you love walking around a property at night which has no working lights at the back of the property? Do you love walking around your apartment complex and seeing trash overflowing the property? If you answered yes to any of these questions, this property is the one for you!

In all seriousness, this apartment complex is in shambles. I have had work orders that took over 2.5 months to complete. They took months to even mow the grass from… August to November. Any debris from the hurricanes in October 2024 are still laying around covering entire sidewalks. The staff seem nice but are constantly in flux and never actually get anything done. Perhaps it's corporate? And if it is, someone needs to figure it out, ASAP. I would never move here again if I could have a redo.

Don't be fooled by looks

First off, I can say that my corner 1/1 unit wasn’t awful, but definitely not luxury and definitely not worth the price. After one year, I did not renew my lease with Legacy which ended this past June. I really do want to share more detail, but in the end, it is not worth the mental effort. Just avoid this place. Huge management turnover, clueless and impersonal staff, erroneous charges on your statement that go months without getting fixed, dishonestly, do not return calls or answer emails,… and there is the pest problem as others have noted. There are better places in Gainesville. Don’t let the outside facade fool you or their website advertisement “Luxury Apartments in Gainesville, FL“. Maybe 25 years ago, but not now ,definitely not now...

The worse management and low maintenance apartments

The apartments have leaks mold they show you a model when you move I. Is a nasty apartment. Maintenance do a little touch up and leave don’t waste your money. I wish I can post pictures of my unit is disgusting. Justin is a lier and won’t do anything about your issues after you are in. Stay away!!
