The rent is very affordable and parking is free and accessible. We haven't encountered any major issues, and the staff are typically very kind and quick to address concerns. A couple staff are not as easy to work with, but we've had a good experience overall. The walls are a little thin, so occasionally there is noise, but nothing too crazy.

Many minor maintenance problems that would make living better. Example: Fixing blinds and dryer Clean floors when moving in (they were not clean) Recycling options readily available

Quite place nice area pool gym volleyball court basketball courts lounge area comes with furniture already in the home just need your self personal bathrooms

Everything is very easy to navigate and the rooms are nice and spacious. It is very easy to get to UF for school because of the bus system and the amenities here are very useful.
