I had a very disappointing experience with how management handled a serious roommate situation. Multiple concerns were raised about cleanliness, safety, and shared responsibilities, including strong odors, neglected pet care, and common areas left in poor condition. The situation escalated when the roommate moved out and left her room in extremely unsanitary condition, including food left closed inside that caused a gnat infestation. Management did not inspect or properly clean the space after... her move-out, which caused additional stress and discomfort for the remaining residents.

During the move-out, items that did not belong to her were taken, including cleaning supplies, food like eggs and pork chops, and a spatula, and it was clear more would have been taken if she had not been confronted and closely watched. Despite having proof, management refused to intervene and directed us to file a police report.

The community is well-maintained, and any maintenance requests I submitted were handled promptly. The leasing team made the process smooth and communicated clearly throughout my time there. Overall, I appreciated the welcoming atmosphere and the effort the staff put into making residents feel valued. I would recommend Lexington to anyone looking for a comfortable place to... live.

The area is really nice and the buses are extremely convenient. I love being able to take the personal shuttle to and from classes when I don’t want to deal with too many people on the public buses.
