It's usually very clean. The staff are nice. Maintenance is quick. The soundproofing works well enough. Sometimes people blast music right outside the building.

I have loved living in Nine31, I love the sauna and coffee bar in the lobby! I also like that I feel safe in the building because you need a fob to enter the building and in the elevator to go to your floor.
