Sweetwater on 16th

I am a former resident, lived there for 2.5 years. The photos are enhanced/filtered; the property does not look like that. It is run-down. Most of the negative reviews on other sites are true. The maintenance is horrible; it feels like you are going to fall through the floor when you walk on it, the ceilings leak, and plumbing is a constant issue, so bad that they shut the water off to the property at least once a year to put a band-aid on whatever is wrong, instead of fixing the issue.
