The worst place to live ever!!! New management sucks! Charges you extra money for their expances!!! Rude to you and lies!

Budget place for budget people.

I lived here for a year. Had three property managers during that time. Repairs are done promptly. Building is old and walls are thin. Can hear your neighbors through the walls. I had to go over and talk to my neighbor about sounds coming through the walls. She moved her speaker away from my wall and was quieter from that day forward. Yeah!!! I was lucky to have a good neighbor. Some neighbors have old cheap noisy cars with damaged mufflers. Other neighbors are great. I left the place… cleaner than when I arrived and received my full deposit back. If you are picky this might not be the place for you. If you are flexible, then maybe this is the place for you. Good luck in your apartment search.

Sundowne villas is not a good place to live . Employees come and go , seven managers since 2008 . Eight maintenance men since 2009 . The pool is always out of service and drug dealers living on the property . No body cares at sundowne villas the gremco employees do nothing . Just this week an employee got a remodel apartment for a cheaper price then for what I pay . Please do not rent at this complex , so do your homework and find a good place to live .---ricky g.

Wow what a downfall

I moved here in October 2014 when I was in an emergency situation. I loved it at first and then the old leasing manager left and a new one took over. She is rude and inconsistent among the residents. There was a kid who lived behind me and he was late on rent to the point of eviction but she would wave his late fees and work with him every mop. One month I was 2 days late but my money order was dated before that I'm jut uncomfortable putting my check in there sketchy after hours/weekend slot… that just drops your check to the office floor! (No joke) She refused to wave my late fee causing me to have to get another separate money order for the fees.i thought that was bogus. I had a friend here that had a fan in there unit so I asked the maintenance guy why I didn't have one he said he'd look into it. Never got one. Everything is outdated for the price. Spend the extra money and get something better!
